1. Purpose

This policy explains how Chitraagni may be used responsibly.

We want teams to use the platform freely for legitimate product work while also protecting service stability, security, and other users.

2. Allowed Use

You may use Chitraagni for lawful product planning, ideation, team coordination, design alignment, technical architecture preparation, and related internal workflows.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• attempt unauthorized access to any account, workspace, or system
• probe, scan, exploit, or bypass security controls
• reverse engineer protected parts of the platform except where legally required
• scrape the platform excessively or in a way that creates operational strain
• disrupt service availability or degrade infrastructure
• upload malware, malicious code, harmful automation, or destructive payloads
• use the service for illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity
• impersonate other users or misrepresent authority inside a workspace

4. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, we may:

• limit requests
• suspend access
• remove harmful content
• investigate misuse
• terminate accounts or workspaces where necessary

We aim to act proportionately and responsibly based on the severity of the issue.
