Limitation of Liability

1. Service Basis

Chitraagni is provided on an "as available" basis.

We work to maintain a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous availability, or complete freedom from error.

2. No Liability for Indirect Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoid Solutions and Amretra Dynamics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption losses arising out of or relating to the use of Chitraagni.

This includes loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, or loss resulting from reliance on generated outputs.

3. Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims relating to Chitraagni will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 3 months immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

4. Shared Responsibility

Because Chitraagni supports product thinking and planning, users are expected to review outputs, confirm assumptions, and apply human judgment before relying on them.

5. No Exclusion Where Not Permitted

Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Telangana, India.
