Chitraagni, including its software, interface, workflows, system design, branding, and underlying platform logic, remains the intellectual property of Hoid Solutions and Amretra Dynamics unless otherwise stated.

2. User Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the platform, including:

• project ideas
• workspace inputs
• prompts
• notes
• product concepts
• planning structure entered into or generated from their own work

3. Limited Rights to Operate the Service

By using Chitraagni, you grant us only the limited rights needed to:

• host your content
• process it through the platform
• display it inside your account
• secure it
• maintain and operate the service

This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

4. Respect for Third-Party Rights

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload or process through Chitraagni does not violate the rights of others.

5. Brand and Name Use

The names Chitraagni, Hoid Solutions, and Amretra Dynamics, along with related branding elements, may not be used in a misleading way or in a manner that implies endorsement without permission.
