Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Chitraagni, a cloud software service designed and built by Amretra Dynamics and legally operated by Hoid Solutions, a sole proprietorship owned by Musrif Abhinav in India.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of Chitraagni, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. About Chitraagni

Chitraagni is a product intelligence platform that helps teams turn rough product thinking into structured product architecture. The service may generate or organize features, flows, entities, screens, decisions, product memory, and related planning outputs for use before development begins.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you use to create and maintain your account.

You are also responsible for:

keeping your login credentials secure
controlling access to your workspaces and projects
ensuring that activity under your account is authorized

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Workspaces and Project Ownership

You retain ownership of the ideas, product inputs, project context, workspace content, and other materials you submit to Chitraagni.

Each workspace should be used only by the individuals or teams authorized by the account owner or workspace administrator.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, store, and process the content you place into the platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use Chitraagni only for lawful business, product, research, or internal planning purposes.

You must not:

attempt unauthorized access to the platform or related systems
interfere with service availability or system stability
upload malicious code, malware, or harmful scripts
reverse engineer protected parts of the platform except where required by law
scrape or harvest the platform in a way that is abusive or disruptive
use the service for illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the platform is being misused.

6. Plans, Billing, and Subscription Terms

Chitraagni currently offers:

Free Plan: 1 workspace, 1 project
Basic Plan: unlimited projects within 1 workspace
Pro Plan: unlimited workspaces and projects

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly.

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

you authorize us and our payment providers to process recurring charges
pricing, taxes, and billing details shown at checkout will apply
your subscription remains active until canceled

We may update pricing, plan structure, or product packaging in the future. If we do, the updated terms will apply prospectively.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

your paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period
no further recurring charges should apply after the cancellation takes effect

8. Refunds

Because Chitraagni is a digital SaaS service, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.

However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where:

the service was not materially accessible due to technical failure
a payment error occurred
there are exceptional circumstances that justify review

9. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep Chitraagni reliable and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

We may update, improve, modify, limit, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time, including features, plan limits, workflows, or product structure.

Where reasonably possible, we aim to make material changes responsibly and without unnecessary disruption.

10. AI and Generated Output

Chitraagni helps structure product thinking using computational systems and generated outputs.

These outputs are intended to support product planning and alignment. They may still contain omissions, ambiguities, or inaccuracies.

You remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any generated output before relying on it for business, product, technical, design, or operational decisions.

11. Intellectual Property

Chitraagni, including the platform code, interface, workflows, product design, branding, and system architecture, remains the intellectual property of Hoid Solutions and Amretra Dynamics unless otherwise stated.

Your content remains yours. Using the service does not transfer your project ideas, concepts, or workspace inputs to us.

You grant us only the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, secure, and operate your content in order to provide the service.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if:

you materially violate these terms
your use creates legal, security, or operational risk
payment obligations remain unresolved
continued access would harm the platform or other users

You may stop using the service at any time.

Termination does not remove obligations that reasonably continue after termination, including payment obligations already incurred and sections relating to ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Chitraagni is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow, industry, or product decision.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoid Solutions and Amretra Dynamics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Chitraagni will be limited to the amount you paid to use the service during the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the service will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Telangana, India.
